Telangana government is planning to start the Hyderabad metro rail services in November itself. The 30km stretch they want to be functional in by November ending which is 13km from Miyapur to Ameerpet and from Ameerpet to Nagole which is 17km. So commuters want to tavel from Miyapur to Nagole, they have to get down at Ameerpet interchange station they have to get into Ameerpet to Nagole metro train. Almost 800 engineers and workers are working day and night to beat the November schedule, this time they don't want to slip this November schedule. To overcome this Ameerpet interchange station should be ready by November then only the metro services can start.
Mr NVS Reddy who is heading the Hyderabad Metro Project has visited the Ameerpet Interchange Station, to ordered engineers to finish out this work as per the November schedule. Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has given instructions to Hyderabad metro rail to completed the work so that metro services can be started, and he also advised minister KTR to closely monitor the progress of the work. The Ameerpet Interchange station is the largest metro station in India with several special features such as the lines from three corridors will be at three levels and they pass over each other. The corridor will at top below that one nagole to shiplaramam metro corridor will go. This station built-up area is 2 lakhs square yards, this station seems to be like a air dome, both sides 16 lifts, 12 escalators and 12 stair cases are there. Even handicapped persons also can easily get into this metro trains.
