Happy news for Hyderabadians that first time the metro train came to Ameerpet from Nagole. Couple of years back the trial runs are completed for Nagole to Mettuguda, and couple of weeks back metro rail ran on oliphenta bridge also. It has been 3 months since hundereds of workers and engineers are working day and night on war footed strategy to complete the work before the schedule, as Ameerpet is the interchanging station and crucial one for where services will stop here and continue again. On Tuesday night first time the metro train came to Ameerpet Interchange station.
The two routes Ameerpet to Miyapur (13 km)and Ameerpet to Nagole (17 km)are which are going to live from this November 28th. So trial runs are on the way for these two stretches. Already commissioner of metro rail safety approved the stretches between Miyapur to SR Nagar and Nagole to Mettuguda stretches long back. Hyderbad metro is planning to start the services with 18 trains, metro train timings will be increased based on the response statistics as per hyderabad metro rail.
